While the articles stress that the abstinence programs worked, they did not in fact explain the research in it's entirety. This study was not a promotion of abstinence-only education, it was actually promoting abstinence in conjunction with a comprehensive approach. In fact, they were not even stressing abstinence until marriage, simply stressing abstinence as long as possible.
